Step 1 Preparation
Before getting started, ensure that Home Assistant is installed and the GW70-XK is connected to the host’s USB port.
If not yet installed, please follow the Home Assistant Installation Guide.
When connecting HA through the Zigbee2MQTT Add-on, you need to install two add-ons:
1、Mosquitto broker (MQTT Broker)
2、Zigbee2MQTT
Go to Settings → Add-ons → Add-on store and install the Mosquitto broker add-on, then start it.
Install Zigbee2MQTT
Go to Settings → Add-ons → Add-on store and install the Zigbee2MQTT add-on, then start it.
Open the Zigbee2MQTT add-on→ click start →open web UI
After completing the configuration, start the Zigbee2MQTT add-on. Wait for about two minutes,
then you can click to enter the Web UI Console to add and manage devices.

Step 1 Preparation
Before getting started, ensure that Home Assistant is installed and the GW70-XK is connected to the host’s USB port.
If not yet installed, please follow the Home Assistant Installation Guide.
When connecting HA through ZHA, you need to install Zigbee Home Automation Integration .
Install Zigbee Home Automation Integration
After completing the configuration, start the ZHA. Wait for about two minutes, then you can click to
enter the Web UI Console to add and manage devices.
Overview
Please connect the device to the USB port of the host, and install the appropriate driver according to the host operating system.
Note:The HA70 or HA80 Home Assistant box already has the driver installed and does not require further installation. If your
operating system already has CP210x driver by default. No installation is required.you can connecting to Open-source Platforms directly.

When flashing with the AVATTO Dongle Flasher , choose the MultiPAN firmware, then start flashing.
For settings in Home Assistant, refer to the Silicon Labs Multiprotocol Add-on documentation.
When flashing with the AVATTO Dongle Flasher, choose the OpenThread firmware, then start flashing.
Configure in Home Assistant After Flashing.
When flashing with the AVATTO Dongle Flasher, choose the Zigbee Router firmware, then start flashing.
It is recommended to use the AVATTO Dongle Flasher for firmware upgrades. This tool allows you to upgrade Zigbee firmware as well as flash Router firmware, OpenThread firmware, and MultiPAN firmware (experimental).
